8/17/10 General Membership Meeting
Last night at our General Membership Meeting the members voted in new Board members and accepted the recommended Bylaws changes:
Board members serve in a volunteer position and are not paid
The Board consists of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and 3 members-at-large
A coach contract will be signed yearly by a VWRT Board member and the coach/coaches
All Board members are voting members
Please complete your End of Season Survey under membership downloads and fax to 861-6559 or e-mail to v.hershey@msrmc.com. We value your input!
Keep running/skiing/snowshoeing throughout the winter. Use the forum to connect with other runner outings. Trail run will be at Kepler Bradley on 8/19 and then we will run at Crevasse until the snow prevents it.

They will be joining Heather Campfield and Jennifer Bostick who are serving another term. The first Board meeting will be in January 2011 where the Board will decide who will fill which position.
